We believe our groups should be an opportunity to get fit while learning how to train effectively
We plan a different session every week and explain how these sessions improve your running
We use a variety of fun warm up drills to help you improve your speed, power and technique

AFTER YOUR SESSION
We'll often ask you to send your splits to us so we can record your times
We discover which parts of the session you found hardest and target this in future runs
We revisit sessions 4 - 8 weeks later & our runners regularly see huge improvements in their times
